Hi I've just purchased a maxicom mk808ts its a used unit and the subscription has ended I can't seem to get it to read the codes.When its plugged into the obd port then I go to the diagnosis app theirs no car makes that show up on the screen can anyone help before I take it back to the shop -

Hi, when you turn the device on ,not connected to a car, and press diagnose, than it
should give all the car brands to choose from, if not take it back to the shop because
its broke.
